Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using hbaji app in any capacity — including browsing the platform without a registered account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and hbaji app with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. hbaji app reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or via an on-platform notification. Continued use of hbaji app following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

hbaji app may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. The platform shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation. hbaji app also reserves the right to impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the platform without notice or liability.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

hbaji app is an 18+ platform. Access to and use of hbaji app is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. hbaji app takes underage gambling seriously and applies strict verification measures to enforce this policy.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use hbaji app:

1. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered on any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion list at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on hbaji app. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension.
4. Own Account: You must register and use the account solely in your own name. Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.
5. Accurate Information: All registration information provided to hbaji app must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
6. Not a Restricted Person: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors of hbaji app, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to register as players on the platform.

To access the full range of services on hbaji app — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and requesting withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

hbaji app applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard financial compliance practices. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Passport — valid and machine-readable
• Driving Licence — issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority

hbaji app reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform. hbaji app may, at any time and without prior notice, request additional verification information from any registered player.

Account Security Obligations

1. Keep your hbaji app Login password confidential at all times.
2. Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
3. Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
4. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
5. Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
6. Notify hbaji app support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
7. Update your contact details promptly if they change, to ensure you receive security alerts.

Deposits

hbaji app accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are processed instantly for all supported payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your account balance depending on the bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals

• Maximum Payout: hbaji app applies maximum payout limits per session and per event. These limits are published in the relevant sportsbook or game category and represent the maximum amount hbaji app will pay out on a single winning outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbaji app and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

1. Multiple Account Registration: Registering more than one account on hbaji app, whether under your own name or under a false identity, is strictly prohibited.
2. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and recovery of all associated funds.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — particularly poker, live casino, or any head-to-head format — is prohibited.
4. Use of Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any system designed to give an unfair advantage over other players or the house is strictly forbidden.
5. Exploitation of Software Errors: Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation are void and will be reversed.
6. Money Laundering: Using hbaji app to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity is a serious criminal offence. hbaji app maintains strict AML controls and will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
7. Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Any form of threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at hbaji app staff or other players — via live chat, email, or any other communication channel — will result in immediate account suspension.
8. Providing False Information: Submitting fraudulent identity documents or providing false information during registration or KYC will result in account closure and legal referral.

hbaji app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, any breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, or any activity that hbaji app reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be ring-fenced and will not be accessible until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation finds no breach of these terms, the account will be reinstated and full access to the account balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any funds may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players may voluntarily close their hbaji app account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure:

• Any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard processing checks.
• Active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
• Account closure does not cancel any pending bets — these will be settled according to their outcomes and any resulting real-money winnings will be returned.
• Closed accounts cannot be reopened. Players wishing to return to hbaji app must contact support; re-registration is subject to review and approval.
• Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by the player to hbaji app, including outstanding debts or chargebacks under investigation.
